Introduction
The National Communications Engineering Conference (NCEC 2018) is the first national conference organized by the Department of Communications Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. It aims to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industries within the nation to discuss and exchange their scientific and technological research results in the field of Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering.
